After starting her career as a programmer and systems analyst, she spent eighteen years as an Information Technology Director before opening her own company, Tech-Eze, Inc, which specializes in consulting for districts and SELPAs for State Data Reporting and IEP Information Management. Although semi-retired from direct support, Kim is still involved in every facet of the business.
